RankReply AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website at https://gorankreply.com and the RankReply AI Chrome Extension. Our sole purpose is to help business owners and Local SEO agencies draft responses to publicly visible customer reviews and analyze public review sentiment.
2. Data Collection & Chrome Extension Permissions
The RankReply AI Chrome Extension only accesses webpage DOM content on Google Maps and Google Search Business Profile management panels when explicitly triggered by the user. We do not track browsing history across unrelated websites, and we never sell user or client data to third parties.
3. AI Processing & Compliance
When generating review responses, only the selected public review text and configured brand keywords are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS to our AI inference endpoint. No Protected Health Information (PHI) is stored or used to train public models.
