If you are not completely satisfied with your RankReply AI subscription (Solo, Agency, Pro, or Location Pack), you can request a full 100% refund within 14 calendar days of your initial payment — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your workspace or Creem receipt.
  2. Our support team initiates the full refund through Creem within 1–2 business days.
  3. Funds are returned directly to your original payment method via Creem (typically appearing on your statement within 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer).

3. How to Cancel Auto-Renewal Anytime

You can cancel future renewals at any time from /app/billing by clicking Manage Subscription & Invoices. Your workspace retains full paid features until the end of your current paid period (current_period_end), after which it transitions smoothly to the Free plan without deleting any of your Brand Vaults or reply history.
